Поехал я сегодня этак на полчасика на одну из своих работ. Ничего вроде бы особенного - закончилась лицензия на использование программного бухгалтерского комплекса "Контур-Экстерн". Новая лицензия есть, нужно только ввести лицензионный ключ и вбить полученный сертификат. Делов-то... Бухгалтер сама сделать это типа не может, а мы вроде бы как спецы.

Ну да... Просидел несколько часов, решая ребусы программеров, которые путают следы почище зайцев в лесу.

1. Забитие номера лицензии КриптоПро прошло вроде бы без неожиданностей.

2. Дальше нужно было на основе файлов ключей на дискете получить с сайта "СКБ Контур" сертификат и установить его в системе. Для получения нужна специальная программа, которая требует свою новую версию с сайта. Скачивание при местных скоростях инета превращается в длительное ожидание. Наконец-то скачиваю, пытаюсь установить - а вот хрен там, нужно наличие .NET Framework 2.0 SP1.

3. Ставлю имеющийся на такой случай сразу и второй, и третий. Кто в курсе - процесс длительный и нудный. Опять попытка установки сертификатной обновлялки - а вот и опять хрен на блюде, типа не тот Дотнетфреймворк. Скачиваю тот, который указывает программа. Опять же, потеря времени. Кстати, совершенно не понимаю разработчиков - ну что, нельзя в установочный пакет самой программы внедрить нужные библиотеки? Зачем для трехмеговой программы ставить огромный пакет библиотек полностью? А всю среду разработки VisualStudio вам не надо? Придурки, блин...

4. Ну ладно, устанавливаю и Дотнетфреймворк, и обновлялку. Обновляю сертификат. Ага, опять засада - сертификат ставится, но потом таинственно растворяется. Ну ладно, не первый раз такое, впихиваю его напрямую через КриптоПро.

5. Захожу в "Контур" проверить отправку пакетов и уже без удивления обнаруживаю, что ему тоже требуется новая версия. Опять мучительно качаю и устанавливаю.

6. Пробую отправку, все заработало. Я расслабляюсь, потому что пытка окончена, а бухгалтер облегченно вздыхает - ее поджимали сроки. Со всеми плясками потеряно шесть (!) часов.

Подведем итоги. По моему мнению, нынешние бухгалтерские программы призваны не облегчать труд использующих их людей, а усложнять его многократно - они имеют запутанный интерфейс, требуют множество дополнительных модулей, плохо совместимы с оборудованием, отвратительно документированы. И все это при том, что задачи-то, которые решаются ими, просто ничтожны. В случае, например, с "Контуром" - защищенная криптографией отправка документов с отчетами, только и всего! Зато сколько телодвижений, прямо мастурбация какая-то. Да если бы производители, к примеру, игр, занимались своей работой так же, ни одна игра просто не заработала бы. А структура и движок любой самой задохлой игры в тысячи раз сложнее любой самой наворочанной бухгалтерской проги.

Да и вообще, для чего все эти пляски с бубном? Почему для управления какой-то вшивой прогой бухгалтер должен прерывать свою работу и вызывать еще кого-то? Почему для любого обновления/модификации программы вообще требуется какое-то вмешательство? Ну что, разработчику трудно написать модуль обновления к своим прогам по типу антивирусников? Нет, нетрудно - это уже везде стало чуть ли не стандартом. Ну, кроме буховских прог, как мы видим. Зато насколько стало бы проще - программа сама при наличии инета проверяла бы обновления и устанавливала их.

А теперь, внимание, крамольные вопросы - почему там, где раньше обходились одним бухгалтером со счетами, теперь еле справляются трое с компьютерами? Почему при внедрении компьютеров обещали постепенный уход от бумажного документооборота и переход на компьютерный, а на самом деле бумаги становится все больше и больше? Почему планировали внедрение повсеместной автоматизации труда бухгалтера, а получается наоборот - он забивает данные в программу, а потом еще вручную многократно проверяет и подгоняет результаты? Почему программы для бухгалтеров множатся, как грибы после дождя? Почему нельзя разрабатывать унифицированные комплексы на государственном уровне или не отдать разработку фирме, которая в состоянии справиться с задачей?

Вопросы, вопросы... Как я понимаю, ответов не было, нет, и не будет - все уже настолько увлеклись этой гонкой, крысиными бегами, что общую картину оглядеть просто некогда. Одни пытаются отбить деньги, разрабатывая полусырые программные заготовки, а другие натужно пытаются сдавать отчеты, работая на криво написанных неудобных программах...
